Description

A delicious and hearty chicken Caesar pasta salad made with juicy grilled chicken, crunchy romaine, crispy turkey bacon, parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for meal prep, quick lunches, or potluck gatherings!

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (rotini, fusilli, or bow tie)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ tsp Salad Supreme Seasoning (optional)
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Season diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  • Boil the Pasta: Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Prepare the Salad Ingredients: Chop romaine lettuce, cook and crumble turkey bacon, and shred fresh parmesan cheese.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, romaine, parmesan, turkey bacon, and croutons.
  • Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix Caesar and ranch dressing together. Pour over salad and toss well.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with extra parmesan and black pepper. Serve immediately or store for later.

  • For meal prep: Store dressing, croutons, and romaine separately to prevent sogginess.
