These Chicken Ranch Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make option for lunch or a quick snack. With grilled chicken, cheese, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh lettuce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla, this recipe is sure to become a family favorite!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken, sliced or shredded (pre-cooked or freshly grilled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped (or spinach for extra nutrients)
  • 4 large tortilla wraps (whole wheat or regular)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional additions: Sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, avocado, crispy turkey bacon

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Slice or shred grilled chicken. If cooking fresh, grill chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  • Warm Tortillas (Optional): Heat tortillas in a skillet for 20 seconds per side or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Assemble Wraps: Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over each tortilla. Add chicken, cheese, lettuce, and any additional toppings.
  • Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides, then roll up from the bottom. Grill wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side if desired.
  • Serve: Cut in half and serve with extra ranch dressing or salad.

  • For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing.
