  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 2 tsp water

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
  • Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 5 minutes.
  • Stir-fry the chicken in a hot skillet until golden brown, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger, then add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients and pouring over the vegetables.
  • Add the chicken and noodles, toss everything together until coated in the sauce.
