Ingredients
- Frozen Chicken Fingers: 4 pieces (about 3-4 sliders per chicken finger)
- Frozen Mini Waffles: 32 pieces (Eggo Mini Waffles or homemade)
- Coleslaw (Optional): 1 cup for added crunch and flavor
- Maple Syrup: 2 tablespoons for drizzling (or spicy honey for a twist)
- Toothpicks: 16, to hold sliders together
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cook chicken fingers according to package instructions. Slice each into 3-4 smaller pieces.
- Prepare the Waffles: Toast mini waffles until golden and slightly crispy.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Place a spoonful of coleslaw on one mini waffle.
- Add a piece of chicken and cover with another mini waffle.
- Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all sliders are made.
