Ingredients

3 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles or wonton strips
Dressing:

3 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat until golden. Set aside.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth and emulsified.

Combine napa cabbage, iceberg lettuce, carrots, chicken, mandarin oranges, and green onions in a large bowl or on a platter.
