Ingredients

1 pound strawberries, rinsed and dried

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup), melted

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup cold heavy cream

Instructions

Rinse and dry strawberries. Hull the centers.

Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Dip strawberries in chocolate. Let set.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Chill 15 mins.

Pipe cheesecake filling into strawberries.

Chill again before serving.
