Description

Juicy strawberries are dipped in melted chocolate, then filled with a smooth, creamy cheesecake filling. An elegant and easy no-bake treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, rinsed and dried

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup), melted

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup cold heavy cream

  • Optional: Crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, melted white chocolate


Instructions

  • Rinse and dry strawberries. Hull the centers.

  • Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  • Dip strawberries in chocolate. Let set.

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

  • Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Chill 15 mins.

  • Pipe cheesecake filling into strawberries.

  • Chill again before serving.

  • Decorate with toppings if desired.

  • Use large, firm strawberries for easier filling.
  • Dry strawberries thoroughly to help the chocolate stick.
  • Serve within 24 hours for best texture.
