Description

These crispy Cinnamon French Toast Sticks are the perfect sweet breakfast treat. Coated in cinnamon sugar and served with syrup, they’re easy to make and absolutely delicious!


Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick bread (preferably day-old)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 45 tablespoons sugar
  • ½1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the bread into sticks.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Dip each stick in the egg mixture, coat evenly, and shake off excess.
  • Fry in the pan until golden brown on all sides.
  • Roll in the cinnamon sugar while warm.
  • Serve immediately with syrup or your favorite toppings.
