- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4–5 tablespoons sugar
- ½ – 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Cut the bread into sticks.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each stick in the egg mixture, coat evenly, and shake off excess.
- Fry in the pan until golden brown on all sides.
- Roll in the cinnamon sugar while warm.
- Serve immediately with syrup or your favorite toppings.

- Use slightly stale bread for the best texture.
- Avoid soaking the bread too long in the egg mixture.
