			- 2 tubes (8 rolls each, 12 oz per tube) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
 - 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
 - 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
 - 4 large eggs
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish and coat with melted butter.
 - Cut cinnamon rolls into 3/4-inch pieces and layer them in the dish.
 - In a bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
 - Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
 - Bake for 25–35 minutes until puffed and golden.
 - Drizzle with reserved icing and serve warm.

- For a richer custard, use heavy cream instead of milk.
 - Add chopped nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
