Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup almond milk (or any milk)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: ice cubes, protein powder, chia seeds, nut butter


Instructions

  • Add oats to the blender.

  • Add frozen banana, yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and sweetener (if using).

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
