1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (17.3 oz, contains 2 sheets)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

White frosting (for bunny tails; homemade or store-bought)
Instructions

Thaw puff pastry sheets at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Unfold sheets and brush with melted butter, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over one pastry sheet, avoiding edges.

Brush edges with water, place second pastry sheet on top, and press to seal.

Cut into 16 strips, twist each strip twice to form bunny shapes.

Place twists on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 17–18 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool for 20 minutes, then add frosting to form bunny tails.
