Description

This TikTok-famous Cloud Bread is soft, airy, and delicious! Made with just four ingredients, it’s a fun and easy baking project for all ages.


Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond/lemon extract)
  • A few drops of food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks, ensuring no yolk gets into the whites.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy.
  • Gradually add sugar and cornstarch while beating until stiff peaks form.
  • If using food coloring, gently fold it in.
  • Shape the mixture into two domes on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before baking.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes and serve immediately.
