This TikTok-famous Cloud Bread is soft, airy, and delicious! Made with just four ingredients, it’s a fun and easy baking project for all ages.

- 4 large egg whites
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond/lemon extract)
- A few drops of food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks, ensuring no yolk gets into the whites.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy.
- Gradually add sugar and cornstarch while beating until stiff peaks form.
- If using food coloring, gently fold it in.
- Shape the mixture into two domes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before baking.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until slightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve immediately.
