Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz COOL Whip topping (Dairy-free if desired)

  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff

  • Zest from 5-6 key limes

  • 10 oz flavored marshmallows (FunMallows)

  • 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes

For Bunny Ears (Optional):

  • Jumbo marshmallows

  • Pink sprinkles

  • Water


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine COOL Whip, marshmallow fluff, and key lime zest. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

  • Fold in FunMallows and sweetened coconut flakes gently with a spatula.

  • (Optional) For bunny ears, cut jumbo marshmallows diagonally, brush with water, and dip in pink sprinkles.

  • Refrigerate the dip if desired for firmer texture or serve immediately.

  • Decorate with bunny ears or additional toppings if desired. Serve with fruits, cookies, or pretzels.
