Description

  • 8 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (about ½ cup)
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Halve the peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs, and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into each pepper half.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with chives or parsley and serve warm.
