A quick and comforting 30-minute pasta dish made with tender chicken, sweet corn, crispy turkey bacon, and a creamy Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

2 chicken breasts (1 lb), diced

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

8 oz pasta (penne, bowtie, or similar)

Optional: fresh parsley or basil, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.

Sear chicken in olive oil with seasoning until golden and cooked through.

Sauté garlic and corn until fragrant.

Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.

Stir in pasta, chicken, and turkey bacon. Add pasta water as needed.

Garnish with herbs and serve hot.

- Substitute beef bacon if preferred.
