Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then chop and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter and sauté onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and thyme; cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Gradually add seafood broth, stirring continuously. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend the soup for a smooth texture (optional).
- Stir in shrimp, crab meat, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
