Description
A luxurious and comforting pasta bake filled with sweet crab and lobster meat, wrapped in tender jumbo shells, and smothered in a rich, cheesy cream sauce.
Ingredients

8 oz lobster meat

8 oz lump crab meat

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided into two ½ cup portions)

1½ tablespoons butter (divided)

8 oz cream cheese
-
½ cup heavy whipping cream
-
¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese

12–15 jumbo pasta shells

Foil (for baking)
Instructions

Sauté garlic in butter, then add crab and lobster; cook for 2–3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix seafood, cream cheese, half the mozzarella, and seasoning.

Cook pasta shells until al dente. Let cool slightly and stuff with seafood mixture.

Make cheese sauce with butter, flour, cream, Parmesan, and remaining mozzarella.

Spread a bit of sauce in a baking dish. Add stuffed shells and cover with remaining sauce.

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.

Let rest before serving.
Notes
- For added depth, sprinkle fresh herbs like parsley before baking.
- Drain any excess liquid from seafood to avoid a watery filling.
- This dish can be assembled ahead and baked later.
