Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Boil salted water with a quartered lemon. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  • Transfer shrimp to an ice bath, then pat dry.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine shrimp, celery, and red onion. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
