Description

These creamy, decadent Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars are the perfect combination of rich cheesecake and caramelized crème brûlée flavors. Made with a buttery sugar cookie crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and crunchy toffee bits, this dessert is perfect for parties, family gatherings, or simply treating yourself to something special.

Crust:

  • 1 package sugar cookie mix (approx. 17.5 oz)
  • 1 package instant French vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Crust: Mix all crust ingredients until combined. Press into the baking pan and bake for 12–15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  • Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 40–45 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Add Toffee Bits: Sprinkle toffee bits over the warm cheesecake.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.

  • For clean slices, use a hot knife and wipe between cuts.
