These Crispy Baked Cauliflower Wings are a vegetarian twist on classic wings. Oven-baked for a healthier option, they’re coated in a flavorful batter and tossed in your favorite sauce, making them perfect for game day or a snack.

- 1 medium cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 1 cup all-purpose or whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tbsp hot sauce or sweet chili sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Optional spices: dried oregano, ground mustard seeds, coriander seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until the batter reaches a creamy consistency.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake off excess, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil or butter with hot sauce or sweet chili sauce. Toss baked florets in the sauce to coat evenly.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10–14 minutes until slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
