Description
These crispy Brussels sprouts are roasted to perfection and topped with smoky bacon and tangy blue cheese. The perfect snack or appetizer for game day!
Ingredients

			- ½ lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
 - ½ tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
 - ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
 - 2 slices turkey or beef bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
 - Salt & black pepper, to taste
 - ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
 - ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
 - Arrange cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes.
 - Flip sprouts over, add blue cheese and bacon on top.
 - Return to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes until bacon is crispy.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
 
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use a wire rack on your baking sheet.
 - Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze for added flavor.
 - Swap blue cheese for feta or Parmesan if preferred.
