  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil.
  • Whisk eggs and water in one dish; mix panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in another.
  • Dip ravioli in egg wash, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on the prepared rack.
