 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 tbsp water
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp kosher salt
 - Cooking spray
 - Marinara sauce (for serving)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil.
 - Whisk eggs and water in one dish; mix panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in another.
 - Dip ravioli in egg wash, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on the prepared rack.
 - Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
 - Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
