Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk (or buttermilk)
  • 1 ½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels.
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour and seasonings, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with Panko and Parmesan.

  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the pickles for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
