			- 2 cups dill pickle slices
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon paprika
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 2 large eggs
 - ½ cup milk (or buttermilk)
 - 1 ½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
 - 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
 
Instructions
- Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels.
 - Set up three bowls: one with flour and seasonings, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with Panko and Parmesan.
 - Dip each pickle slice into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with Panko.
 - Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the pickles for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
 - Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
 
Notes
- For extra crispiness, refrigerate the coated pickles for 10 minutes before frying.
 - Air fryer alternative: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
