Description

Instructions

  • Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a medium pot of boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes, then transfer to an ice water bath for 5 minutes.
  • Peel Eggs: Gently peel the eggs and rinse under cool water.
  • Cut and Remove Yolks: Slice eggs lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.
  • Prepare Filling: Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  • Assemble Eggs: Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and additional toppings if desired.
