  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (or white chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 9 cups Chex cereal (Rice, Corn, or Wheat Chex)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Easter-themed M&Ms
  • ¼ cup pastel sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Heat in 15-second intervals if needed.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the Chex cereal. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until fully coated.
  • Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag or bowl with a lid.
  • Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until the cereal is well coated.
  • Stir in Easter M&Ms and sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Let it set for 10 minutes before serving.
