Description

This Easter Bunny Chow is a festive, no-bake treat made with crunchy Chex cereal, creamy chocolate-peanut butter coating, powdered sugar, and colorful Easter candies. Perfect for parties, Easter baskets, or a fun spring snack!

  • 9 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pastel Easter M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup Easter-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour melted mixture over Chex cereal and gently mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
  • Spread on a baking sheet to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Mix in pastel M&Ms and Easter sprinkles. Toss gently and serve.
