- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup pastel Easter M&Ms
- 1/4 cup Easter-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour melted mixture over Chex cereal and gently mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet to cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix in pastel M&Ms and Easter sprinkles. Toss gently and serve.
