Soft, buttery, and shaped like adorable bunnies, these breakfast rolls are a fun and festive treat for Easter morning. Perfect for kids and holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

3.5 tbsp butter, softened

20g fresh yeast or 7g instant yeast

1/4 cup warm milk (60ml)

2 1/3 cups flour (290g)

Pinch of salt

3.5 tbsp sugar (1.4 oz)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg
-
1 egg yolk (or 2 small eggs/2 large eggs + 2 tsp flour)
For Brushing and Decoration:

1 egg + 1 tbsp milk

Pearl or granulated sugar for tails
Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk; let rest for 10–15 mins.

Mix yeast mixture with butter, flour, salt, sugar, egg, and yolk.

Knead 7–10 mins until smooth. Let rise 2 hrs.

Divide dough into 8 portions. Shape into bunny body, head, ears, and tail.

Place on baking sheet, let rise 20 mins.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sugar on tails.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 18–20 mins.

Cool on wire rack before serving.
