Description

A simple and addictive Easter Crack recipe made with crispy saltine crackers, rich toffee, creamy white chocolate, and festive Easter candies. This sweet and salty treat is perfect for Easter gatherings and homemade gifts.

  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter (or unsalted + ¼ tsp salt)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pastel chocolate melts (or white chocolate + pink food coloring)
  • ½ cup pastel M&Ms or Mini Eggs
  • ¼ cup Easter-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Make the toffee: Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar, and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour the toffee over the crackers and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes until bubbly.
  • Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then spread into an even layer.
  • Melt pastel-colored chocolate, drizzle over the white chocolate, and swirl for a marbled effect.
  • Top with M&Ms, Mini Eggs, and sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, toast the saltines in the oven for 2 minutes before adding the toffee.
