Description
A quick and easy no-bake Easter treat made with shredded wheat, melted chocolate, and mini eggs. Perfect for kids and festive gatherings!
Ingredients

- 200g milk chocolate (or mix of milk and dark chocolate)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g golden syrup
- 6–8 shredded wheat biscuits, crushed (or 150g cornflakes/Rice Krispies)
- 100–200g mini chocolate eggs for decoration
Instructions
- Crush shredded wheat into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Melt butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the shredded wheat and mix well.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a lined tray or into cupcake cases, shaping into nests.
- Place three mini chocolate eggs in the center of each nest.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes until firm. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Can be made with cornflakes or Rice Krispies instead of shredded wheat.
- Store at room temperature for up to 7 days or in the fridge for 2 weeks.
- Freeze for up to 3 months and thaw at room temperature before serving.
