- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds or directly onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then coat with cinnamon sugar or dip in glaze.

- Avoid overmixing the batter to keep the donuts fluffy.
