Description

This easy breakfast pizza combines a flaky crust, creamy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese for a delicious and satisfying morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out crescent dough on a greased baking sheet, pressing seams together. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Cook turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings. Cook over low heat with butter until soft scrambled.
  • Spread eggs over the baked crust, add sausage, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add veggies if using.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onions, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze slices for up to 2 months and reheat in the oven.
