This easy breakfast pizza combines a flaky crust, creamy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese for a delicious and satisfying morning meal.

- 1 tube crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- ¼ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out crescent dough on a greased baking sheet, pressing seams together. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Cook turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings. Cook over low heat with butter until soft scrambled.
- Spread eggs over the baked crust, add sausage, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add veggies if using.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions, slice, and serve warm.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
