Instructions
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze truffles for 30 minutes.
- Melt almond bark in the microwave at 30-second intervals until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
- Dip each truffle into melted almond bark, coat completely, and place back on parchment paper. Add sprinkles before the coating hardens.
- Chill truffles in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set. Serve and enjoy!
