Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, 1 cup brown sugar, and ½ cup softened butter until crumbly. Press into a 13×9-inch pan.
- Heat ⅔ cup butter and ½ cup brown sugar in a saucepan until bubbly; pour over pecans arranged on the crust.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until bubbly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and swirl after melting.
- Cool completely, slice into bars, and serve.
