  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This soy-glazed chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with umami flavors. The sticky-sweet glaze clings to the chicken, making it perfect over rice or with veggies. Quick, easy, and better than takeout!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
