A quick and delicious no-bake snack that blends creamy white chocolate with freeze-dried strawberries for a sweet and crunchy strawberry shortcake twist on classic puppy chow.
Ingredients

6 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal

1½ cups white chocolate chips

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

¾ cup powdered sugar

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor into a powder.

Pour Chex cereal into a bowl. Gently mix in the melted chocolate.

Sprinkle strawberry powder and mix until evenly coated.

Transfer to a bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.

Spread on the lined baking sheet and cool for 10 minutes. Serve or store.
