Description

These strawberry tea sandwiches are sweet, creamy, and fruity—made with just bread, strawberry cream cheese, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for brunches, baby showers, tea parties, or a simple afternoon snack. No cooking required and completely customizable with different breads or flavored spreads.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices fresh bread (white, wheat, or rye)

  • ½ cup strawberry cream cheese

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

  • Optional: Mint leaves or powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Trim the crusts off the bread or use cookie cutters for fun shapes.

  • Spread strawberry cream cheese on each slice of bread.

  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries on half of the slices.

  • For closed sandwiches, top with the remaining bread. For open-faced, leave as is.

  • Cut sandwiches into desired shapes.

  • Garnish with mint or powdered sugar (optional). Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best served fresh to prevent sogginess.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Avoid freezing.
  • Use firm strawberries to avoid excess moisture.
