Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a skillet, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings.
- Make sawmill gravy by whisking flour into the drippings to form a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.

- Spread gravy onto each toasted muffin half. Add scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese.
