This vibrant, crisp salad features romaine lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, Swiss and Parmesan cheese, toasted almonds, turkey bacon, and a bright lemon vinaigrette. It’s the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and crunchy—a guaranteed hit for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted

  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup seasoned croutons

  • Lemon Vinaigrette:

    • ⅓ cup light olive oil

    • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

    • 1 garlic clove, minced

    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

    • 1 tsp honey

    • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a jar, shake well, and refrigerate.

  • Toast almonds in a skillet until golden.

  • Cook turkey bacon until crisp, then crumble.

  • In a large bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, cheeses, almonds, bacon, and croutons.

  • Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently before serving.
