Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in cake mix to form a thick dough. Fold in sprinkles gently.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and coat in powdered sugar.
