4 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Salt, to taste (start with 1/4 tsp)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

Pulse for a chunky salsa or blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Optional: Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for better flavor.
Notes
- Use Roma tomatoes for less water content.
- Control spice by adjusting the amount of jalapeño.
- Add 1/4 tsp cumin or 1/2 tsp sugar for flavor variation.
