Fresh Strawberry Yum Yum is a light, layered Southern dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy whipped topping, and fresh strawberries in a sweet gelatin glaze. It’s no-bake, easy to make, and perfect for spring and summer gatherings.
Ingredients

5 to 6 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin

2½ cups graham cracker crumbs

12 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

4 cups heavy whipping cream

6 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
Instructions

Warm sliced strawberries with gelatin until dissolved. Let cool.

Mix graham crumbs and butter. Press into a 9×13 pan; reserve some for topping.

Beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.

Whip cream with granulated sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

Layer half the cream on crust, top with strawberry filling, then remaining cream.

Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
