Description

A fun and refreshing twist on the classic campfire treat, these Frozen S’mores are made with chocolate pudding, marshmallow creme, and graham crackers—no baking required! Perfect for hot summer days, parties, or make-ahead treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding

  • 2½ cups whole milk

  • 2½ cups Cool Whip, thawed and divided

  • 12 graham crackers, halved

  • 5 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 6 oz marshmallow creme

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.

  • Whisk pudding mix, milk, and ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth.

  • Layer half the graham crackers in the dish. Spread pudding mixture on top.

  • Chill in freezer for 15 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and salt.

  • Spread over pudding layer. Top with remaining graham crackers.

  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.

  • Cut into squares before serving. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to soften.
