A creamy, protein-rich frozen breakfast bar with a crunchy cinnamon cereal base and a smooth yogurt layer. Perfect for meal prep, breakfast, or a healthy snack!

			- 2 cups Kellogg’s Special K Zero Cinnamon Cereal (or preferred cereal)
 - ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
 - 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
 - 1½ cups Oikos PRO Vanilla Yogurt (or any Greek yogurt)
 - ½ tsp cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Mix cereal, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl. Press into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan and freeze for 20 minutes.
 - Make the Yogurt Layer: Stir cinnamon into the yogurt and spread it over the frozen base.
 - Freeze Until Set: Cover and freeze for 60-75 minutes for a softer texture or overnight for firmer bars.
 - Slice & Serve: Remove from the freezer, cut into 9 bars, and let sit for a couple of minutes before eating.
 
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
 - Let bars thaw for 2-3 minutes before eating if fully frozen.
 - Customize with toppings like banana slices, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate.
