This fresh and vibrant fruit salad combines juicy strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and kiwis with a light honey lime dressing for the perfect balance of sweetness and tang. Ingredients

  • 12 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 23 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all the fruits.
  • Hull and slice strawberries, slice peaches, and peel and slice kiwis.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
  • Combine all fruits in a large bowl and pour the honey lime dressing over them.
  • Gently toss to coat the fruits evenly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
