24 oz frozen diced hash browns, thawed

3 cups cornflakes, slightly crushed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix ⅓ cup butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, and onion powder.

Stir in cheese and thawed hash browns.

Spread mixture into the dish evenly.

In another bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with ½ cup melted butter.

Top the casserole with cornflake mix.
