1 lb sirloin steak, cubed

4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Pat steak dry and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes. Return steak to the pan and toss with garlic butter.

Serve steak with roasted potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
