Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders, cut into 3-inch pieces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter

  • 810 garlic cloves, minced

  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Wooden skewers (soaked 30 minutes)


Instructions

  • Soak skewers and marinate chicken with olive oil and spices.

  • Make garlic-parmesan sauce by simmering butter, garlic, parmesan, and hot sauce.

  • Thread chicken tightly onto skewers.

  • Cook using air fryer (400°F, 12–14 mins), oven (425°F, 18–20 mins), or grill (12 mins).

  • Baste throughout and drizzle extra sauce before serving.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
