1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

Wooden skewers (soaked 30 minutes)
Instructions

Soak skewers and marinate chicken with olive oil and spices.

Make garlic-parmesan sauce by simmering butter, garlic, parmesan, and hot sauce.

Thread chicken tightly onto skewers.

Cook using air fryer (400°F, 12–14 mins), oven (425°F, 18–20 mins), or grill (12 mins).
