For the Chicken:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 6–8 wooden or metal skewers
- Additional grated parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, then stir in minced garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Set aside ⅓ for final basting.
- Thread the Chicken: Skewer the marinated chicken pieces tightly onto skewers.
- Cook:
- Air Fryer: 400°F for 5 minutes, baste, flip, then cook for 5-6 more minutes.
- Oven: 450°F for 14 minutes, flipping and basting halfway. Broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Grill: Medium-high heat, 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently.
- Final Basting & Serving: Brush with reserved garlic butter sauce, sprinkle extra parmesan, and serve hot!

- Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
