Description
This creamy and tangy Greek feta dip is whipped to perfection with feta, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese, then topped with fresh veggies for a refreshing Mediterranean-inspired appetizer. Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or snacking with pita chips or veggies.

			- 12 oz. feta cheese (block in brine recommended)
 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
 - 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
 - Zest and juice of 1 lemon
 - Kosher salt, to taste
 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
 - A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
 - 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - Whole grain pita chips, for serving
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
 - Use a handheld mixer (or food processor) to whip the mixture on medium-high speed until smooth and fluffy.
 - Add kosher salt, chopped dill, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
 - Transfer the mixture to a shallow serving dish and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
 - Top with chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, extra dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
 - Serve immediately with pita chips or fresh veggies.
 
Notes
- For the best flavor and texture, use block feta cheese in brine instead of pre-crumbled feta.
 - Let the dip chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
 - This dip can be made ahead of time (up to 2 days) and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
