- 1 tomato, diced
- ⅓ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- ⅓ cup salsa
Instructions
- Pre-cook sweet potatoes in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream and salsa.
- Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat until mostly cooked.
