			- 8 oz lo mein noodles (or egg-free noodles)
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 lb halal-certified ground chicken or beef
 - 4 green onions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 3 tbsp halal-certified soy sauce
 - 1 cup halal chicken broth
 - 1 tsp halal-certified sriracha (optional)
 - 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the noodles until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok. Sauté green onions, garlic, and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
 - Add ground chicken or beef, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
 - In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, and sriracha. Pour over the meat and stir.
 - Add coleslaw mix, tossing to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
 - Stir in cooked noodles and toss with sesame oil.
 - Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
